You might try this:
Go into the configuration manager, advanced settings, and change the pixels
per tab from 10 to 80. See if that helps.

I had that problem with version 5.0. For the life of me I could not fix the problem. I tried everything but could not get it done. Finally, when I rebuilt my machine and installed 5.1 the problem disappeared.

greetings well this gets stranger and stranger i went and maximized outlook
express as suggested in an earlier message, also installed audo sizer, but
the weird thing is even though it shos that my window is maximized when i
try and reply i still get spaces instead of jaws reading a leter when you
back space however if i do an alt spacebar and go down to maximize even
though it says unavailable if i press enter and then try and type and
backspace jaws reads each letter weird.
