The format you choose is the one you used when scanning the book. For
instance, if you scanned with Kurzweil and did not convert to another format
before sending the book, then KES would be the format you choose. Bookshare
prefers that all books be sent in RTF format, but in order to do this you
must convert your file (the book) before attempting to send it.
