re: opening tabs with IE 7

the keystroke to do this is control+t, but when you do it for the first time it
does something weird. I don't know how to enable it properly, I had someone set
it up for me on my laptop and I can't seem to do it on my desktop. I actually
didn't know it needed setting up.
