Hello Angie,
When you try to open the attachment ,you need to press the tab key til you hear
jaws say attachment ,press enter then jaws will say do you want to open the
attachment press the letter o for october then the attachment will open if you
don't hear anything press the insert key and arrow down it's should read. I

Hello all,
Please help me!
Every time I try to open an attachment in Outlook 2003 it closes out the
whole message and takes me to my desktop, or sometimes back to my in box.
I have tried to open it using my application key, down to open attachment,
insert A, left arrow to the attachment, hit enter, or shift tab to the
attachment hit enter.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
