Ooops I had a bad typo in the last post. I meant "shifting". (I missed the
"f")

Just in case my bad word made the message get filtered here it is again.

I have a JAWS user I'm working with who is getting some unexpected behavior
between JAWS 8 and ms outlook 2003. For example he can't navigate word by
word in a text message being drafted. Also, he used to be able to tab around
within spellchecker but now he finds unpredictability in to tabbing. Also,
he never knows on which line the cursor is going to land after performing
some operations such as deleting text.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had trouble with JAWS 8, and whether we can
fix it be shifting to JAWS 9. Ideas anyone?

Thanks

David MacDonald
