old jfw floppy?

Hi,
I want to install jaws 3.7 on my windows98 laptop, but cant find my old floppy 
disk. do you know if they will charge to send me one?
or how much is a sma upgrade from 3.7 too 10.0 so I can upgrade windows ME to 
XP Home?
