hi it should not matter as jaws now uses the office dom to get data. I
saspectg that sp3 off office 2003 is not installed.

Well, my display settings are 1024 by 768 for the resolution.
Are you looking at docs that you have looked at before? I am wondering if
perhaps you are hitting some fonts/styles that Jaws doesn't handle well.
