Can you tell me, what are you display settings? I am amazed but, it seems as
though, anything in a word format it just won't read. I made sure the text
type was set to word, but even it set to all text types, it still refuses to
read in word. Oddly, in notepad it reads all text driven text, plus, and
heres the strangest. In email, outlook express, if you type a word, it reads
it as you type it, as it will in office word, but it won't read back.
However, once the email is sent, it will read back when I go to the send box
to find the email just sent. it reads it n say line, say all. I can't figure
this one out.
I have uninstalled, re-installed, and done a repair. however, I had jaws 8,
the last 8 version installed when I installed 9. I installed over it, or
however jaws does that when you install a new version with the old one still
installed. any thoughts on this?

Otherwise, the net is fine, all menues are read fine, its just when you
enter into word, it won't do a say all. in fact, if you do say line, it
says nothing at all.
