Ok perhaps I don't have the latest scripts, but I thought I did. when
tabbing, I don't see anything that says "live update" button. In fact, I
don't see many buttons. I'm running the latest 5.10, so I'll go up and
get the scripts and see what happens.
Thanks.

What version of Jaws are you using Dan? If Jaws 5.10 did you have the
latest scripts for ad aware for Jaws 5.10? Have you read the helpful hint
on ad aware on the helpful hints page at JFWLite? The helpful hint needs
updated a bit for the new SE version of ad aware but the basics are still
the same as far as doing an update and getting to the results. You just
tab
to the live update button, press the space bar and go from there. As far
as
the list, when the scan is done, press control N and tab to the listview.
Why don't you take a look at the helpful hint and then let us know if you
have any questions.
Debbie

On the subject of adaware, I have the scripts running, but I can't figure
out either how to do an update or view the list of objects.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Troy could it have been telling you about a new definition update and not
a
new program udate? I just checked the lavasoft site and it says
     Current Ad-Aware Info
Current Build: Version SE Build 1.03
I just ran live update and I didn't have any updates.
Now there was a new virus definition just a few days ago.
Current Definition File: SE1R6 30.08.2004
I think that would have been August 30, so when was the last time you had
done an update?
Debbie

Hi All,
I've seen a thread on Ad-Aware SE going and I haven't been reading it so
forgive me if this was mentioned but I put the scripts for Jaws 5.10 in
today and when I opened Ad-Aware I got a message that a new update for
Ad-Aware was available, version 1.04.
Troy
