needing help with easy cd creator

Hi there listers.
i want to ask this question of you.
Is there a way i can repair my easy cd creator?
whenever i am in the process of burning something it will be ok
till i get one of those don't send buttons or send error report buttons.
Does this have to do with the program itself?
and if so. how do i fix this. thans. randy
