For those who are in love with this email client and really really want it on Vista you can try downloading and installing Internet Explorer 6
and using the install choices choose Outlook Express.
this is available for download from the Microsoft web site at the time of writing.

You can't download Outlook Express. It's built directly into Windows XP, and was renamed to Windows Mail in Vista before being eventually discontinued.
