Steve: It's your choice as to whether you wish to have a password set or not. Depending on how trusting on the other people that are using your computer you only need a name of somekind as far as a log on when the computer has been started after being not used for a considerable amount of time. This is also true if one of the users has been using the computer and choose to log off you are required back into the computer with one of the user names. I hope this will help.
Your Friend
Dave

Subject: multi users and jaws

I have a close who uses my computer. we have two separate identities for outlook express and I have her documents in another folder. I understand that with windows xp you can have a whole separate user account. Has anyone done this and how does it work with jaws. I think that every time you turn on the computer, you need to enter a password. will jaws speak this.
