multi users and jaws

I have a close who uses my computer. we have two separate identities for
outlook express and I have her documents in another folder. I understand
that with windows xp you can have a whole separate user account. Has anyone
done this and how does it work with jaws. I think that every time you turn
on the computer, you need to enter a password. will jaws speak this.
