Christopher,
I didn what you say to do on msn messenger. When I press alt f for the file
menu and arrow down to open and receive file and when I hear my jaws say
receive file I press enter and it's say msncr and I don't hear it take me to
the window explorer where can I get to open the file? I have jaws 8.0
version. Can you give me your phone number where I can call you? And see if
I can get you to help me if you don't mind. I will appreciate it so much .

What I think you actually mean is that a friend sent a file to you over
MSN and you want to now look for it? If so, go to the file menu with alt
f, then choose open my received files and press enter. Windows Explorer
opens to the folder where received files are stored.
