RE: mouse over links

It's important to have the option, I agree, and I'm glad FS has made it 
available. But generally speaking, I am visiting a site and want to plough 
through it as quickly as possible for a specific nugget of information: in 
and out as quickly as I can. For me, having it off by default, then 
turning it on should it be necessary, is a preference. I have no qualm 
with the fact that the reverse is the default, provided I can change it, 
which I can. It's strictly a preferential thing, and again JFW shows its 
strength in its flexibility.
