The problem with your approach is, that you do not know at what time in the 
future, you might need this extra information or on what new site you visit 
that you might need it.  I recommend instead that you change it to ding or 
something so that at least you have an indication of the fact that there is 
an element attribute or follow the advice in the tech note to just deal with 
mOn mouse over but don't be surprised if you still hear "clickable" now and 
then.

I'm not trying to attack you but in the earlier thread you mentioned
yourself that more times than not there are no changes made to the page
even when there are mouseover links, and this has played out in what few
web sites that I have found mouseover links on because when I hit
ctrl-enter on any of them the page has not changed.  Because of that, and
this is just one person's opinion, I'd rather not hear Jaws say mouseover
link if there's going to be no change, so until there is a good reason to
have this feature turned on I am disabling it.
