more trouble with fixed windows 7

dear list my dell has been set up with new HD, and I have registered Jaws,but
the problem now is odd, I need updates patches for my OCR and also adobe, I
cannot access the Internet, this is baffling if emails are arriving, it gives
several reasons says it has no connection,well how come the list is arriving
OK? it also said just now something I tried to understand about any ideas
gratefullyreceived, if emails are arriving I must have a working connection
writing this from xp laptopusing Outlook express Dorothythe domain name not
accessible Ps forgive it being garbled just had nothing but trouble trouble
toil and bubble!
being my own engineer came on Wednesday to finally get material back from
external drive, at first each time I tried the Internet I finished up with
Bing,,well I think Bing must come with dell windows 7 as a default, I tried to
find another choice but failed, also the emails arriving on the Ms outlook
inbox over there, are all addressed from dorothy, I have to open them to see
who they are from then if I reply they leave normally to right person in sent
items list,am using ondell windows 7 office 7 and ms outlook,am typing this
from xp laptop
