one possible fix,
look in control panel
accessibility options
control tab to display,
then tab to cursor blink rate and width,
if set to anything set them to zero
press home,
then apply the changes
then ok button
and see if that fixes jaws not reading when you backspace characters

Hello list.
I amhaving a problem with Microsoft outlook amd wlord. I can not get JAWS
to tell me what I am backspaceing over or read next or preavous lime of what
KI have rote.
In Microsoft word I can not tell what I am deleting behind the cursor.
I am using Jfw 4.5 on a dell laptop with windows xp home and office 2003.
Is this a bug or is there a way to fix this problem.
