If you want things simple use msn 6.2. This is assuming you are using xp. If you want thee latest version, and don't mind doing a little extra work msn 7 is usable with Jaws. I am using msn 7, and jaws 5.1

un fortunately I have had no experience with this, but I am working with a online site that likes to respond with a messenger program. Comcast would rather respond using a messenger program.
