this will join 4 files
you can put the text below in a bat file,( just rename the txt to bat)
and put the bat file in the folder with your mp3 files.
to make it easier, rename your mp3 files to a.mp3 &  b.mp3...

copy a.mp3/b+b.mp3/b+c.mp3/b+d.mp3/b e.mp3
e.mp3 will be the new file with all mp3's joined.
this will join 7 files
copy a.mp3/b+b.mp3/b+c.mp3/b+d.mp3/b+e.mp3/b+f.mp3/b+g.mp3/b h.mp3
