Hi Cathy, select the jaws icon, but don't press enter. After you have selected the jaws icon press alt plus enter. This will bring up a property. Then tab twice I believe. It might be three times, but I think it is only twice. It will say something like shortcut key or hotkey none. Just press the letter j or whatever letter you want. You don't have to press the control alt. After you press your letter you want tab to ok and press enter.
