Hi List,

I installed the latest build of JAWS 11 when it came out recently, but I noticed a problem with Microsoft Office Word 2007.

When in a Word document, whenever I used the Backspace key to delete character by character, JAWS would read the first character being deleted, then say Space when deleting the second character, then it would read the third character being deleted, but say Space when deleting the fourth character, and the pattern continued.

I decided to uninstall that latest build, namely J11.0.1461-32bit and I re-installed the previous build, namely J11.0.1447-32bit and everything works fine again.

I am using Windows XP, Home edition.

   Any thoughts on this?

Don
