You can also use the Windows Find command to locate normal.dot. Then arrow down to the file and delete it. Start Word and it will build a new normal.dot for you. Interesting that you mentioned it, Jean. One of our computer instructors would close a Word file only to have it sitting there when she started Word again. Fun, eh?
