To update Skype, pull the "Help Menu" down and choose "Check for Updates".
You need a connection to go to a web page and it will tell you if you have
the latest version of Skype.

Get a version of Skype from www.jfwlite.com. After installing it will update
itself. There is a link on the Skype home page for scripts.
