You are using AVG free as your anti virus program it is caused by what
they call the certification message that follows the message in incoming E
Mail. This can be disabled by going into the properties of AVG and unchecking the check box for the certification message. I note also that your internal virus data base is out of date which means you must have the automatic update turned off.

I am using Outlook Express and all emails say attachment even if there is not one. Is there a setting for this? This is for XP.
