Hello Loren.
Open control center in AVG.
In the list of components arrow down until you find email scanner .
Tab to properties and press the space bar.
Tab through the list until you come to configure.
Tab in here until you fine certify incoming mail. Uncheck it if you wish.
Tab until you find certify outgoing mail. Uncheck if you wish.

You are using AVG free as your anti virus program it is caused by what
they call the certification message that follows the message in incoming E
Mail. This can be disabled by going into the properties of AVG and
unchecking the check box for the certification message. I note also that
your internal virus data base is out of date which means you must have the
automatic update turned off.
