jaws friendly help desk and contact management software

a it student and blind.
using jaws for windows.
i am doing a it online help desk course.
and doing a subject where i need to access help desk and contact management
software.
i need to enter contact and customer details, like the problem, prioirty, if
the problem was resolved, and then escalate it to upper management or a it
professional or specialist.
then the contact management software enter customer details.
need this for an assignment.
tried looking on the net and trying various help desk and contact management
software.
but either too hard to use, not accessible.
desktop and web based help desk.
no keyboard short cuts, no menus, and some web based help desk, clickable
graphics, and just not easy to use.
so do you have ideas, what help desk software does vision australia use, and
contact management.
and if they are on the net where i can get them.
then need to copy screen shots and screen dumps into a word document for this
unit.
