You know, about your IE thing, there's actually a Technical Support Notice on Freedom Scientific's site about that. They recommend disabling the Skype add-on. I did that on both my machines and I haven't had a problem since, so just thought I'd pass that along in case anyone else out there's having the same problem. Mark

Does the freezing seem to happen when you are doing a particular thing? Forexample, jaws will often stop speaking when I close Internet explorer. Sometimes it will start again, but sometimes I have to reboot.
