sp2 has additional security features for outlook express. You might want to
see how they are configured.

I am running windows XP SP2, and the dongle version of jaws 5.10 and
I have also used the normal 5.10 and even 5.00844 and haven't had the
problems you guys are mentioning. the only one I have had is when the
email has an attachment, insert a will sometimes produce the "no
attachments" error. I have to pretend to forward the email, and grab
the attachment that way.
