The person in question has been removed from the list. Unfortunately, I can ban the email address but it's a GMail one, so it'd take him all of 45 seconds to dream up a new one. Unfortunately it's all I can do from here, though, since I don't have access to the actual server. I'll escalate this to the freelists staff.
