The DECtalk USB drivers do not currently ship with JFW, so you will have
to install them manually.

Install drivers to:
c:\program files\freedom scientific\jaws\6.0
The drivers do ship on the DECtalk USB CD, however the content is
exactly the same as the .zip file: the installation has not been
automated.
