Hi,
The best place to put drivers that are used with jaws that I know of is:
\program files\freedomscientific\jaws\6.0\
This is where all the other speech files are located.
I don't know the answer to your second question.

Does anyone know exactly where to put the drivers for DecTalk USB in jaws
6.0? I've not yet gotten them to work. Further more does anyone know if the
cd's are shipping out with these drivers included so we'd no longer have to
install them manually?
