jaws 5.1

My new version of jaws, 5.1 has developed some quirks. On the training CD for
the program it was stated that this version would no longer be repeating the
last line of text. But the version I have repeats lines before a blank space
or at the end of a paragraph. Also, when I have quotes next to each other and
it is reading in the say all mode I get three instead of two! Here's a berief
example:
"I want to go to the store." "I also want to go."
In this situation jaws will say, Quote and then quote quote. Any ideas on how
to fix these annoyances? Judith
