jaws 11 braille displays and multiple languages questions

Hello listers:
Let us say that I have a document where there are two languages english and
french how do I swich from one to another so the english text would be read by
the english voice and the french terxt would be read by the french voice and
also the braile tables wwould change accordingly. Would I use inssert-ctrl-s to
swich synthesizers on the fly or something else?
