Is the turn off macro media flash a new development in Jaws 5? The option doesn't appear in my html settings page within the config manager. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Matthew Frank Horspool Sent: 04 April 2004 21:34 To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: is there a setting to turn off macromedia flash Yes, in config manager, HTML Options, Misc Page, there should be a Check Box "Ignore Flash on Web Pages". check the box and it should overcome your problem Matthew E-mail me! horspool@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or visit my =7F=7F=7F=7Fweb site! http://www.horspool.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk ----- Original Message -----=20 From: Joanne=20 To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx=20 Sent: Sunday, April 04, 2004 2:27 PM Subject: is there a setting to turn off macromedia flash Sometimes I can't get to a links list because this macromedia flash thing keeps coming up and I'm afraid if I alt f4 out of the macromedia that the whole internet explorer window will close. I've been seeing them quite a bit and wondered if something in config manager could be set so that Jaws overlooks these. Thanks.
