I have the new ipod shuffle called "talk of the town". I use windows 32-bit, xp home, JAWS 11, itunes 8.0. When I try to download songs, iTunes says I need to update to 8.1 or higher. I've tried to download 9.0.2, but it doesn't appear to setup. Can someone help me?
