Can't help you there. I recommend that if you want to print the picture with 
the title as a caption under or over the picture, then use MS-Word and after 
you load the picture, find it with Ctrl+Shift+o, then use the application 
key to bring up the context menu, arrow to "Insert Caption" and hit Enter. 
You an add a caption, above below, or otherwise, etc. That will then print.
