Hi,

I am just catching up on mail, so pardon me if this has already been
covered. Chevelle is absolutely right, but I have one thing to add. My guess
is that Steve may have had his right thumb just touching insert key without
actually holding it down. Pressing f5 alone three times will give you the
ascie  value of the letter, while holding down insert key, and pressing
numpad 5 three times will give you the spelling of the word.
