several points, the pop up blocker in i e is not a very good one or
intelligent one.

many can distinguish the differance between a new i e window and an add,
the i e blocker can not.
for this reason i suggest disabling it or finding a better one.

but your answer is yes.

2 solutions.

first solution is to by pass the pop up blocker for a particular
link with shift plus control keystroke.

second solution is add the web addresss you want to exclude from the pop up
blocker.

think options are found under tools.
