i need jaws and computer help please.

Hey to all,
Okay here is what i need help with.
First question how do i register my microsoft word using jaws?
Second i tried to change the username on my puters account thing cause the
computer store that replaced the mother board in it put it as my aunts user
name.
Well now its making me choose either her name or my name before it does the
windows log on.
How do i make it not do that?
Also my jaws doesnt read to me whats on my desktop when i use my number pad
for the arrow keys. i have tried unloading jaws then reloading it but that
dont work.
If anybody could please help me i would very much appreciate it.
If you need any more info on this just ask and i will try and give you more.
