y not download a Microsoft utility

cleanup.exe

go to

www.google.com/ie

type in,

cleanup

down load the Microsoft utility

after installing, and running it

when it asks to restart don't,

say no,

then, route jaws to pc,

press page down

then, up arrow, and see how much space has been recovered and from how many
files.

if, you keep up arrowing you can read where all those temp files are hidden
all over your computer.

then do a regular restart.

Hi,

Then I guess you would have to go into your control panel and go to add or
delete programs and enter, then select what programs you want to remove.
