how do I get jfw to talk to me right again,

Hi:
I have been having computer problems, and had to go and get a new part for
the computer, when the new part was put in, now when I write my lower case
letter, it is at high pitch and the capital letters are at low voice. I
had it the opposite way before. Now I have to read things back to make sure
it sounds write. When I go back letter by the letter, it sounds right, just
when i am writing does it reverse itself. Can I have help getting jfw to
talk right again when I am writing. I am running windows m.e. and have jfw
4.45. I could be wrong about the version of jfw, I can tell you it is the
version before 4.5. I need help, please.
