RE: freeing up keys

I seem to recall that you have to create a configuration for the application
in configuration manager before you can create a keymap.  I'm sure somebody
will correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks.  The problem is that the keymap that opens for this application is
default.  I tried o make a new key map but it doens't let me associate it
with the application.
