With the program you want to work with open, hit Jawskey+f2 and hit k for
keyboard manager. When the keyboard manager opens, tab once and you'll be
in the list of all commands related to the app for which there are or can be
keystroke assignments. Find the assignment you want to remove, hit the
applications key and choose the appropriate choice and confirm. You can of
course also reassign commands to other keystrokes by adding a keystroke and
then removing an unwanted one.

If this isn't enough detail, let us know.
