Yes is something altogether different.
There is the follow up flag, then there is an importance flag.
That importance flag in Microsoft outlook I believe can only be set to high 
or low.
OE has an importance flag but not a follow up flag.

hmmm... isn't there an option to set your flags for high importance? because
sometimes when I get messages from people JAWS says the message from the
person, and then importance high sometimes. is this something different all
together?
