You can use the batch converting feature of goldwave to convert video to sound. You'll need to download the lame encoder to get goldwave to convert to mp3 but google should help you with this. Goldwave can be found at

Using Jaws 10, with Vista Ultimate,

which program can Jaws use to extract a sound tract to MP3 format,

from a video recording, which was created in Media Center?

Right now, every 30 minutes of recording uses 2 GB of memory.

I do not wish to keep the video, just the sound.

OR

Is there a program that can shrink to whole 30 minute recording to keep both video and sound?
