error message jfw 8

Hi,
does any one know why I get this error message?
An Error Occurred
We're sorry, Shaw's online services are currently unavailable.
I'm not trying to do any thing with jaws.
Just was viewing a internet site.
I'm using XP and the latest version of jaws according to auto update.
I also use a ILQ I'm wondering if that is causing my problem.
