Re: disabling JAWS from running at startup

Hi. Insert J opens the JAWS window so that you can access the menus, but 
this keystroke does *not* work when the program is unloaded from memory. In 
other words, if it is not running I.e. if you have pressed Insert f4, and 
have shut down JAWS, insert J does absolutely nothing. Now if you have a 
hotkey set up, you would press control plus alt plus j and then assuming 
the hotkey is set up properly, jaws will start and you will hear, "jaws for 
windows is ready".
