No, once the original user unchecked the run jaws first checkbox, then every
time after that, when someone else starts the pc, Jaws will not come up,
unless you use the hotkey. Then when the original User gets back, and wants
to use the computer again,and have Jaws start automatically again, just go
back and check the box again.
