computer and jaws situation for jaws 6.0

Hello anybody,
I'm dooing this for a friend of mine. She have jaws 6.0 and her computer setup
with 6.0 and she can't get jaws 7.0 in her computerfor some reason she say
something about the code. She purchase a new computer because her other
computer is not working anymore with the jaws. Does anybody have any suggestion
for her? What can she do to get the jaws 7.0? She went to freedom scientific
website and can't download it,because of the code.
